Kingswood Subdivision located in Eastern New Orleans, is a gated community with approximately 347 single residential homes. Kingswood is comprised of the area located within the following boundaries: the 1-10 Service Road (south), the West right-of-way of the Kingswood Subdivision, the center of the Morrison Canal (north), and the center line of the Vincent Canal (east).
Our Goal: To establish the primary object and purpose of promoting and encouraging beautification, security, and overall betterment of the community.
Our Vision: We are working hard to improve the quality of life and appreciate property values by making Kingswood the most desirable place to live in Eastern New Orleans
Our Mission: Improve the housing stock, engage homeowners, increase homeownership, and create a safer, cleaner, and stronger environment.
Parcel Fee: $240 (collected by the City of New Orleans. The owner of the parcel shall be responsible for payment of the fee.
